Well, what an amazing sunny Sunday for Para-Monte !!

Eastbourne Borough Football Club kindly donated both ground and all their facilities to local charity Para-Monte, which provides education and supports research regarding altitude illnesses.

The whole day was superbly organised by Trustee Alex Speirs, from bringing two teams, a ref, lines men, all club staff as well as supporters together.

An Eastbourne Borough Coaches team edged out Seaford Town Vets ( 4-3) in a keenly but fairly fought game, so well captured by Andrew Hazelden's incredibly great pics.

The atmosphere was one of excitement felt by everyone, from a cheery crowd of supporters encouraging their players, a cash raffle winner, all adding and completing this fabulous sunny family day!

Massive thanks must go to ALL, from the very young to the old involved in raising an overwhelming £925 (so far) on this special day for our charity.
