Friday night........!!

Our yearly Para-Monte international zoom quiz was an other overwhelming triumph!

Teams from around the globe gathered for this beloved challenge to defend their honour.

Lots of fun was had by our ever growing Para-Monte 'family' as the quiz got underway and found at the finish that: last years winning team,beat all of us again this time round....so congratulations and well done - Lost in the 80's.

Mark and Alexandra deserve an extra 'spotlight' mention, a formidable team in itself! As year on year, not only write the questions, host the zoom, organise all teams into breakout rooms as well as then marking the answers and provide us with scores, which is no mean feat to accomplish with all of us 'chatting' away  in the back ground. So a huge -Thank You - goes to them.

The Altitude Awareness raised on a night like this to the 'wider' global community is invaluable, as are the funds this year......a massive £496.25 ......by you all.

This again will go towards ongoing  research at UoB and ARU  as well as chamber educational visits, so important to people going to altitude (see website).

Grateful to all who took part in our Para-Monte 'family' event ( tell friends to come along for more new teams) and to see you again next year for a rematch!!
